Mentorship Board &
Teen Mentorship Program
Connecting the Next Generation to Role Models!

The Mentorship Board comprises a diverse mix of esteemed professionals and college students
who share insights about their education and career paths, as well as offer valuable industry advice.
During the ACCESS TO ECON Teen Mentorship Program, mentees connect with role models,
hear real-world stories, and discover how to turn their interests into a career path.
Recognizing the importance of visible role models for the next generation of economists,
ACCESS TO ECON's Mentorship Board highlights diverse women and men to combat underrepresentation in the field.
Contact us to participate as a mentee in the A2E virtual Teen Mentorship Program or to serve as a mentor.
Our teen mentorship program is designed for high school students (typically ages 16-19)
who are considering a college major/career in economics, or a related field such as finance, or data science.
